Unfortunately, there were many issues with this place. The property looked much better in the photos than it did in person. The stay was okay overall, but there were enough issues that I would not book again.A few examples: the coffee was expired, the chairs felt wobbly and unsturdy, the tub did not drain properly, the bathroom outlet pulled out of the wall when I unplugged my hair tool, there was no place to plug in the one bedside lamp (rendering it unusable), no hair dryer despite one being listed as an amenity, and an empty box of granola bars had been left in the cabinet.The biggest issue, though, was communication. I reached out multiple times during my stay and several messages went unanswered or were answered much later. When I did hear back, the property manager was cordial and helpful, but the delayed communication was frustrating and made the experience worse.I did share these concerns privately and was offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. Still, based on the condition of the rental and the inconsistent communication, this was a disappointing stay.On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious and lovely. The unit was very clean, and I liked having the Kureg and traditional coffee pot option. The property manager assures me they're going to address the issues; I hope he will for future renters.
