The property features 200 feet of deep-water frontage and is perfect for boating enthusiasts. While the dock was temporarily impacted by the 2023 storm, there are two moorings out front and marina options conveniently located nearby.

With a southern exposure and many large windows, the main house offers breathtaking sunrises with light pouring in from the east in the morning that shifts to direct light throughout the day. A large screened in dining porch is connected to the well-equipped kitchen and inside dining area as part of the open floor plan that flows into the spacious living area with post and beam cathedral ceilings. The living area is enhanced by a cozy stone constructed gas fireplace and comfortable seating for large groups and opens to another large porch with direct water views. In addition to the mesmerizing water views, this 1.5 acre property offers multiple flower gardens, a kitchen garden, a natural forest meditation garden and multiple outdoor seating and dining areas.

The main house accommodates a variety of guests with three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the ground level (bedroom #1) features a luxurious king-sized bed, a charming gas fireplace, and an oversized full bath with a double sink walk in shower and soaking tub. On the second level (bedroom #2) also offers a comfortable king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a tub shower. Bedroom #3, featuring two queen-sized beds and a full bath is ideal for families or friends. For our smallest guests, a fully equipped nursery is conveniently located on the first floor, separate from but adjacent to the primary bedroom.



To ensure your comfort year-round, the main living areas and the upstairs space above the garage include air conditioning. The additional studio space features direct water views and an A/C unit, offering a quiet retreat for work or creativity, complete with dedicated internet access.



The upper-level suite above the garage, another stunning post and beam structure with direct views of Linekin Bay includes a cozy queen-sized bed and a whimsical spiral staircase leading to two twin beds, perfect for accommodating various sleeping arrangements. A small kitchenette, living area with a TV, and a full bathroom add to the suite`s functionality.



There are many places to relax inside or outside and enjoy coffee or meals on the expansive lawn or porches which also offer a gas grill and oceanfront hot tub. This is a place to enjoy nature and loved ones, family and friends and the bounty of beauty the coast of Maine is known for.

In addition, many of the amenities of the renowned Spruce Point Inn, less than one mile down the road are available to the guests of this property. The Inn offers a salt-water oceanfront pool, a second heated pool more often used by younger ones, a hot tub, fitness center, spa, game room, bicycles, kayaks, and delightful dining options.
