beautiful views of fall countryside. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Extra room upstairs nice withe half bath. Bath downstairs was small but plenty of hot water for 3 of us. Great communication with hosts. Owns a delightful shop in nearby Sharon Springs that sells homemade soaps, lotions, lip balms. Guests receive 20% discount!

This was a fantastic getaway!! It was clean, pet friendly, and KerriAnn was amazing. I enjoyed talking to her and felt like we were at home. It is such a peaceful place! One we will go to again!!! Thank you so very much!

The best vacation

Our family came for a week of baseball in Cooperstown. The views here are amazing. My kids had their own space to relax while also enjoying visiting the animals. Would love to visit again.

Sharon Springs Fall Festival

The perfect location and cottage for a visit to the Sharon Springs region. Our host could not have been more welcoming and the country side there is beautiful and peaceful.
