Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Step off your ground-floor patio and walk to the beach in under a minute via walkovers just 50 feet away on either side. This recently remodeled oceanfront condo at St. Augustine Beach comes with resort pools, five hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and a BBQ area. New granite kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, and new furniture throughout. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella, and towels included. Walk the beach to Beachcombers for dinner.

The Space

This ground-floor, oceanfront condo is in the Ocean Village Club resort at St. Augustine Beach. Beach walkovers are 50 feet to the left and right of your private patio. The unit has been fully remodeled with a new granite kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, new furniture, new beds, and new decor throughout.

The private patio faces the beach dunes with new tile flooring, a loveseat, table, and two chairs. Resort amenities include swimming pools, five outdoor hot tubs, four tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, a clubhouse, a BBQ area, catch-and-release fishing ponds, and a sauna.

The full kitchen has everything for home cooking. Smart TVs with cable in every room. High speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer included. Beach gear (chairs, cart, umbrella, towels, toys) provided. Walk the beach to Beachcombers Restaurant.

This property was a huge disappointment We arrived and walked into a very bad smell. After unloading everything we had bought for our 4 day stay for my cousin daughter’s graduation trip. We found mold in the main bath. Hair in the tub. Dirty pillows. Food still on the pans in the cabinet, dirty glasses. The odor was the worse part coming from the beach closet that was stuffed full. I finally reached someone the next morning and told them we would be leaving and they only agreed to refund 1/2 of the charge and said they would charge for the one night and all the fees. Highly disappointed in their response. I even sent them all of the pictures of all of the issues. This owner should be hiring a new management company and cleaning service asap.

The resort is close to the grocery store and nearby restaurants which is very convenient. The pool is nice and large but there is no shade there/no umbrellas at all by the lounge chairs or tables, it does have a restroom right there by it which is nice. It was a short walk down to the beach but the grassy area behind the unit got verrry muddy after a little rain, the parking lot drains downward toward the beach so the parking lot and grassy areas around this unit had huge puddles to walk through. You cannot really see the ocean from the unit even though it is ocean facing, you mostly just see the dunes from the back porch, but being on the ground floor is nice to not have to carry everything upstairs. The spare bedroom is quite small to expect to fit 3 people in unless they are small children. Main reason why I felt like I couldn’t give 5 stars is because check in time is at 4:00 and I received a text at 4:13 PM to inform me that the unit was not clean yet. Fortunately I had rented 2 units at this resort so the rest of my family could hang out in the other unit until this one was ready since we had already arrived and had no advance notice of the delay until after check in time had already passed. It ended up being 6:10 PM before the unit was ready. However, overall my family had a nice week staying here.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay and were extremely happy with both the condo and the location. The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Everything was well maintained and they had chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc for the beach. Short walk to the beach and not far from downtown St Augustine

Relaxing and convenient to great restaurants

Girls trip was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The pools were beautiful and convenient to our building. We choose to eat at several local restaurants which offered delicious food and drinks. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing time.

Lovely beach condo

Updated, clean, quiet and not overly beachy frilly decorations. We really enjoyed our stay. The walk way to the ocean was only a few steps away. The view from the outside patio was of sand dunes but the sound of the ocean came through perfectly. We recommend this condo!

Great vacation.

Great place for family vacation. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and quiet area. Lots of really good restaurants close. Only small complaint the couch was not comfortable at all.

Weekend Beach Trip

My family had a wonderful time spending the weekend here. The home was very clean, cozy and had plenty of towels. We loved being able to just walk out the back patio straight to the beach board walk. Thanks for the beach gear and buggy made heading to the beach a breeze.

Charming little place, well-stocked with conveniences, beds comfortable, super clean, just over the dunes from beach. Stores and restaurants were close (sime ealking distance). Communication from owners was prompt and helpful.

Wonderful location!

My family of 3 had a great time. The location was unbeatable - so close to the beach. I love having a washer and dryer on a beach vacation, so we were able to stay on top of all the sand. Loved the little porch - perfect for early morning reading, where you can hear the ocean, yet be so secluded with the dunes. Only suggestion for improvement would be to get a more comfy couch/seating in the living room, but overall, this place was great!

Great Location

We've never stayed at a VRBO and we were very pleased with our stay. Everything was great. Easy to get to. Rooms were clean. The view to the ocean was amazing and loved listening to the waves crash throughout the day! We even saw some dolphins!
