I moved from Ohio over 30 years ago to the Phoenix area. I retired from the local utility company after 34 years and moved full-time to Dewey about 6 years ago and started my rental business about 2 years ago. My joy has always been customer service and I like hosting guests and showcasing my beautiful home and the surrounding area

Why they chose this property

The area is very quiet and secluded. Just one mile from Highway 69, you are close to Prescott Valley, Prescott, and Jerome. We are across the road from Mortimer Farms and about 1.5 miles from Leff-T's Steakhouse. The views are unmatched which allows for maximum decompression and relaxation. You'll see!

What makes this property unique

My beautiful home was built/remodeled by my skillful husband Rob. He has turned our home into a showcase; our home sits on 4 acres with gorgeous mountain views in every direction. This property offers a relaxing and a very peaceful getaway where you can enjoy the views and nature.
