There is a shared living room area and coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker, coffee, creamer, mini fridge, ice maker, and microwave. You will enter the main house with your own private code which will also unlock your bedroom.

I moved from Ohio over 30 years ago to the Phoenix area. I retired from the local utility company after 34 years and moved full-time to Dewey about 6 years ago and started my rental business about 2 years ago. My joy has always been customer service and I like hosting guests and showcasing my beautiful home and the surrounding area.
Why they chose this property
The area is very quiet and secluded. Just one mile from Highway 69, you are close to Prescott Valley, Prescott, and Jerome. We are across the road from Mortimer Farms and about 1.5 miles from Leff-T's Steakhouse. The views are unmatched which allows for maximum decompression and relaxation. You'll see!
What makes this property unique
My beautiful home was built/remodeled by my skillful husband Rob. He has turned our home into a showcase; our home sits on 4 acres with gorgeous mountain views in every direction. This property offers a relaxing and a very peaceful getaway where you can enjoy the views and nature. The jacuzzi is a special treat, secluded and relaxing under the stars. There is a firepit and BBQ area that is open to guests and adds to the outdoor experience.
