Jarrod and his family were excellent guests. Very kind, great communication, took care of the property as if it were their own, and truly seemed to enjoy the property. I highly recommend them!
We had the absolute best experience celebrating graduation at this beautiful property in Waco! The tiny houses were charming, clean, and such a unique setup for hosting family and friends. The entire property was peaceful and well-maintained, with gorgeous ponds, a basketball court, and a swimming pool that made the weekend feel like a private retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional was the owner. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end — responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and our family was able to relax and fully enjoy such an important milestone together. If you are looking for the perfect place for a graduation celebration, family gathering, or weekend getaway, I cannot recommend this property enough. We made memories here that we will cherish forever!

Philip, THANK YOU so much for the opportunity to meet you and your family. You all are amazing folks and I am so glad you liked the ranch. We truly love getting to know folks and you all are some amazing people. I hope and pray we can meet again soon. Cheers! David
10 of us stayed here for a weekend away and our annual fantasy football draft, and this place was PERFECT. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the property or David, the owner. He was AMAZING: incredibly easy to reach, accommodating, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and their experience. The property is even better than the pictures. The pool looks small and shallow online, but it’s much larger and deeper than it appears. The main house was fantastic and stocked with everything: nice fridge, paper plates, Solo cups, coffee machines, blenders, margarita machine, nugget/craft ice maker and more. The pellet grill was spotless, full of pellets and ready to go. Plenty of comfortable beds, comforters and blankets for all 10 of us, and 3 TVs were perfect for sports. The tiny house was a clean, spacious little oasis within easy walking distance of the main house. Two more tiny homes are coming soon, making it even better for groups. The ponds were beautiful. We fished, shot skeet and pistols, swam, grilled, watched sports and held our draft. There was always something to do without ever feeling crowded.Best compliment we can give: before we even left, many of us were already planning trips back with our wives and kids. We came for a guys’ weekend and left finding a place we’d love to share with our families. An incredible property and experience. Five stars, easily.
If you’re ready to leave the city life and relax and enjoy a top notch ranch, Magnolia Ranch is the place to hang! Pack your boots, as there’s a perfect dance floor (minus the sawdust), as soon as you open the front door! Ask Alexa to play Chris Stapleton and enjoy this one of a kind ranch homes! I’m convinced that it could have been one of Chip & Joanna Gaines first homes for their family! The host was truly a “top notch” host and even met us there when we arrived, to orient us with home and surroundings. Top of the line kitchen appliances and first time we’ve ever seen an air fryer in a rental kitchen! The grands loved feeding the friendly Highland cows, donkeys and goat, along with swimming, not to mention the wall of 3 TVs. It was fantastic as our grands played their video games while we cheered on the Knicks winning NBA Championship!! It was furnished with high end furniture! Not only does it sleep 15, it will seat many more people! A bit too warm outside to enjoy the enormous basketball court. The fire pit was for sure a ranch size one, with at least 8-10 ole fashioned wooden rocking chairs. Outdoor, covered picnic table and bench, guessing the size of 4 average tables. Celebrated my husband’s 75th with family coming from Austin & Dallas area. Looking forward to going back!
