Completely uninhabitable, filthy, and abandoned by management — DO NOT BOOK If you are considering renting this treehouse, do yourself a huge favor and book elsewhere. What is advertised as a peaceful retreat is a complete misrepresentation. Upon arriving for our October 16 stay, we were met with unsanitary, neglected, and hazardous conditions. The property was so filthy and fundamentally unlivable that we could not spend a single night there—we had to pack our belongings and leave immediately without ever occupying the cabin. It is unacceptable and unsafe to rent a place in this state to paying guests. The customer service was even worse. Neither the host nor management took any responsibility, and multiple attempts to get a response or an immediate refund have been ignored for over a week. They took payment for a property that violates basic hygiene and safety standards, leaving us stranded and forced to dispute the charge directly with our bank. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Avoid this rental at all costs.
