New Smyrna Seaside Inn

Great location and newly remodeled!! Only one house away from the ocean and half a mile from Flagler Ave. High speed internet and plenty of fun and exciting things to do within walking distance. Could possibly be the best location in NSB as it is located just North of where HWY 44 turns into A1A. NSB Public park which is only a few blocks away or walk along the beach. One house from the sea shore with direct access on side street. Just a short walk to Flagler Ave where there are many restaurants and bars and shopping

The space:
We are located just a short 10 minute walk to Flagler Avenue where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit. Just one house from the beach with walkway ramp around the corner. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy and has plenty of room to accommodate up to six guests.

Guest access:
There is a lovely patio to relax on and enjoy the outside view.

Interaction with guests:
My name is Cecilia. I am the owner and property manager. I live upstairs and I am available at all times for your needs.

Other things to note:
The beach access is just steps away. It is easy to carry your chairs and belongings to the sandy shore!

Awesome awesome awesome

Really enjoyed our stay in NSB. Was feet from the beach and a short walk/bike ride to all the restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. We had plenty of everything we needed, beach towels, kitchen items and even a fenced area for our pooch. Thanks Cecelia for making our stay in NSB great!

Sister Getaway

My sister and I, along with her dogs, had a wonderful beach getaway thanks to Cecelia! She is very easy going and the place is a perfect location to catch early morning sunrises and night time star gazing on the beach. You are so close that the ocean's rhythmic waves whisper relaxation into your body. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you, Cecelia!!!

Great location!

Cecilia’s place was awesome. My husband and I went for a weekend trip and loved the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere! Cecilia was very communicative and helpful.
