Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced):

• No smoking is allowed inside the Airbnb. A $100 charge will be applied if smoking occurs indoors.Smoking is permitted outside in the fenced yard.

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.
• An additional $50 fee will be charged for late check-out every 30 minutes.
