We loved our stay at the Green Duck cabin! Beautiful views from a great location, it had all we needed, including a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day. We would stay here again!

We loved this little cabin on the lake! We enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets and stars in the hot tub and on the dock. We loved the views from inside, too. It’s close to great food, wineries, breweries and amazing trails - we went on 3 hikes and saw 22 waterfalls! And Jonny was an amazing host - so thoughtful, offering lots of great ideas and making sure we were comfortable and set up for a great weekend. Was very communicative every step of the way. This is a great rental and Jonny is a super host!

This cozy, well-appointed cabin is in a PERFECT spot--quiet, peaceful and beautiful--on Seneca Lake. For those who want to explore the area, Watkins Glen is an easy drive to the south, Geneva is 20 minutes north. Wineries and restaurants, unique little shops and farm markets abound. Or hop in one of the kayaks and do your exploring by water. You can count on a thoughtful host, who will provide detailed information about enjoying the cabin, the lake and the surrounding area. We loved being there!

The green duck was very cozy and clean. The lake views were incredible and the hot tub was amazing. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay and plan on returning for another visit. Thank you Johnny for sharing your cottage!

The property location is right on the water and the view is wonderful. There are steps to go down to the dock. The cottage is just right for 2 people. The railroad tracks in the back of the property is of no concern. The train passed through once a day, in the morning. I would recommend this place if you want a quiet few days on the lake.

Kitchen well stocked per items needed for cooking. Very clean through out all areas. Fun / unique decorations. Did not use hot tub so no update on that. Beautiful area to use the available kayaks. Glad I had brought inflatable seat pad for extra cushioning on kayaks. Host gave a great deal of local information to us that was very helpful. Host upbeat per communications and quickly took care of one issue (exterior ant nest) we had during our stay. Beautiful flowers greeted us. Overall, wonderful stay and we would return.

The Green Duck is a delightful cottage with everything we could want for a getaway, and we highly recommend it!The house is cheerful and clean. It has A/C window units, but we mostly just opened the windows and set up some fans, and got a wonderful lake breeze to keep it comfortable.The location is perfect! Right above the water, very private compared to most waterfront properties, and yet close to shopping, some of our favorite wineries, and some really good restaurants. The hot tub is amazing and once you get it up to temperature it's pretty easy to keep it there for successive uses. Go for a quick dip with your morning coffee and fantastic views of the lake!Jonny is a gracious host, provides just about everything you might need, and is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the Green Duck again!

What a cute little hideaway cottage right on Seneca Lake! We loved how cozy the vibe was and that we felt like we were completely isolated while being walking distance to two great wineries and able to hop in the car and be to other amazing wineries and towns within minutes. The host will provide you with a list of recommendations- listen to them all! We lived by these recommendations our entire stay.
