Enjoy a peaceful stay at this phenomenal top floor 3-bedroom condo in Encinitas. With 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, guests will feel right at home. The living room even has a cozy murphy bed for extra sleeping space. It's easy to see why you'll be able to relax and unwind while gazing at the beautiful ocean and sunset view. The condo is on Neptune Avenue, which is alive with joggers, dog walkers, cyclists and surfers. You are 200 steps to the Grandview Beach stairs and only a mile from Beacons Beach. It is also walking distance to the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops that Encinitas has to offer. The condo comes with bikes, boogie boards and surf boards for your enjoyment. One on-site parking space. Rent for 1-3 months this summer! Minimum 30-day rental, but comes with 15% discount for 30 days or more. If you rent for 3 months, we offer a 20% discount.
