The condo is on Neptune Avenue, which is alive with joggers, dog walkers, cyclists and surfers. You are 200 steps to the Grandview Beach stairs and only a mile from Beacons Beach. It is also walking distance to the many cafes, restaurants, bars and shops that Encinitas has to offer. The condo comes with bikes, boogie boards and surf boards for your enjoyment.
