With inviting living spaces, a private fenced backyard, and a unique Serenity Shed, there’s room to connect, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, reconnecting with friends, or exploring the coast, Tranquility makes a welcoming home base.

Enjoy comfortable living areas for conversation, movie nights, and relaxed evenings together. Prepare meals in the kitchen, gather around the table, and settle into a vacation rhythm that feels like home.

YOUR OWN QUIET CORNER
Step into the Serenity Shed, a separate retreat for reading, reflection, or a peaceful break. The outdoor lounge offers another inviting spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.

ADD A LITTLE ADVENTURE
Make your visit extra memorable with our optional backyard glamping experience. Available for an additional $199 setup fee, this experience must be arranged in advance so it can be ready for your arrival. Glamping is not included in the nightly rate.

REST AND RECHARGE
Five bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the den give your group flexibility to spread out. Two bathrooms support your daily routine as you get ready for beach days, local outings, and evenings together.

EXPLORE WILMINGTON AND THE COAST

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a comfortable home base for enjoying everything I love about Wilmington—from exploring downtown’s Riverwalk and local restaurants to spending the day at the coast. You can plan outings to Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, or Kure Beach, then return to a welcoming space where family and friends can enjoy time together.

What I enjoy most is having that balance: plenty to explore while still being able to spend a relaxing morning with coffee in the backyard or a quiet evening at home. It’s the feeling I wanted to share with guests when I created Tranquility.

Tranquility brings together room to gather and special spaces to make the stay your own. With five thoughtfully styled bedrooms, welcoming living areas, and a private fenced backyard, the home invites family and friends to enjoy time together while still finding a quiet corner to themselves.

One of its most distinctive features is the Serenity Shed—a separate retreat for reading, reflection, or a peaceful moment with your morning coffee. The outdoor lounge adds another place to unwind, while our optional backyard glamping experience brings a little adventure to your coastal getaway. Glamping is available by advance arrangement for an additional $199 setup fee.

I’ve poured my love for hospitality into creating a home that feels personal and welcoming. My hope is that you leave with wonderful memories and a little piece of “peace and happiness” to carry home.
