We enjoyed our stay. The only problem is we couldn’t get hot tub to a hot tub temperature so we only used it one time. Would have used more but was not heating properly.

Beautiful and modern property. We utilized all four levels of the property which are connected via stairs. Location is ideal within Winter Park. Close to the highway, shopping, restaurants and park. Amazing soundproofing from the outside. Some minor maintenance needed (kitchen cabinet door below sink falling off, island kitchen drawer needing attention, 1st level toilet seat loose, MBR restroom toilet paper holder falling off wall, grill). The minor issues identified did not detract from our enjoying the property. Our family enjoyed the nice hot tub and eating smores around the fire pit. Host communicated perfectly via emails and texts. Property within a developing neighborhood. Landscaping in the developing neighborhood is a work in progress. However, the views from the rooftop patio were priceless!

Thank you for your 4‑star review. Glad you enjoyed the home, location, soundproofing, rooftop views, hot tub and fire pit — and that communication worked well. Sorry for the minor maintenance issues you found; we’ve passed the cabinet, drawer, toilet seat, toilet paper holder and grill items to our maintenance team to repair. We appreciate your feedback about the developing neighborhood landscaping and hope to host you again at Stay Winter Park.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo. The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great amenities. Its convenient location made it easy to access nearby shops and restaurants, and we especially appreciated the many hiking trails in the area. The views from the rooftop fire pit and hot tub were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
