This is a fully permitted, safety inspected, legal 4 bedroom and 3 full bath house. You get full access to the entire 2700sq ft house.

Enjoy the raspberries in the fenced backyard, or pick an apple, pear or blueberries off the trees in the front yard during summer and fall. Sit on the big front porch and relax with a drink and watch the world go by.

This house has an open floor plan and a lot of space for an extended family or friends vacation. Child friendly toy room, plus great backyard space with fire pit, play structure and other toys. This property has all the baby/toddler things you’ll need to make your travels easier. Hiking carrier, umbrella stroller, potty seat, high chair, full size crib plus a pack n play!

The downstairs den is equipped with a pullout queen sofa bed, smart TV and piano. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The master with a king bed, fireplace, glider chair. The master has an attached full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th has a twin bed with pullout trundle with another twin bed. 3 bedrooms have desks for remote workers, plus a wireless printer.

Enjoy the central air conditioner in the warmer summer months.

Cook whatever your heart desires in this large, exceptionally well stocked kitchen with double oven. Or, skip the cooking and walk to the many bars, restaurants within walking distance - including the Portland Mercado.

Play a game of kick ball at the park next door, or shoot some hoops on the basketball court whilst the kids play on the playground.

This is your perfect home away from home for your visit to Portland.

Plenty of free street parking plus on spot in the back behind a locked gate that can be available upon request.

**Due to severe allergies, no pets are allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave and will be charged $150 for extra cleaning.

There is video doorbell camera that shows part of the porch and street for security.

This house is in a residential neighborhood in SE Portland. Downtown is approx 5 miles. It is a great location to base yourself for access to places all over town. Close to buses and the Max. Walking distance to local bars/restaurants.

Great house for our multi-generational family

Loved the house! Lots of toys, games, & books for our 3 grandkids, plus a backyard playground and nearby neighborhood park for the 3-year old. Plenty of space for all 8 of us—beds, dining room table, family room. Liked washer & dryer. Well stocked kitchen. 7 minute drive to Mt. Tabor for walking & running.We were all impressed with the large kitchen, plenty of room for us on the couch and dining table. The layout of the house was perfect for early risers— to not disturb the rest of the sleepers

This house was an absolute gem and a perfect fit for our family! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The listing was accurate, and the house was spotlessly clean and organized. The hosts truly thought of everything a family might need - with bed/sleeping arrangements and then many games and toys that kept the kids entertained. One complaint was that the outdoor playset was rundown with some of the structure broken with exposed nails. The slide also was dirty and had moss growing in it.The kitchen was well-stocked, making meals easy, and the location was fantastic—close to attractions yet quiet and peaceful.Communication with the host was excellent; they were usually responsive and friendly.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend this family-friendly rental to anyone without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! The house was a great size for our group of two couples, a grandma, and two kids. The space was relaxing and easy to get comfy in. The playroom in the front was a hit for my car-loving nephew and my kids loved the keyboard. The play equipment in the backyard was a nice touch!Very clean - not just basic the-house-cleaner-came-clean, but it seems to get deep-cleaned regularly (which isn't always true of rental houses we've stayed at). We were visiting my sister and her family who live in the neighborhood, and we spent most of our time at the rental house. We enjoyed the fire pit on the last night and appreciated the 11am check out time so we didn't have to rush in the morning. Beds were comfy and as someone who is very sensitive to fragrance, I appreciated that the bedding was basically fragrance-free. I do recommend turning the heat down at night since it gets pretty warm upstairs. We loved the updated bathrooms and giant couch. The table was big enough for everyone and we appreciated the clean outdoor seating as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Great home for a family gathering

The house was great for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The three year old was in heaven with so many toys and play areas. It was like Santa's workshop. The kitchen was very usable. The beds were comfortable....great house!

Great experience - perfect for kids

We loved our stay at this property while in Portland for a wedding. It was perfect for our extended family (7 adults and 2 young children) to be able to stay together with lots of room for everyone. The property was ideal for our two young children with lots of toys and games and a playhouse in the back. The furnishings and appliances were all updated and very nice. Convenient location. We loved everything about it!

Perfect House for Family's with Kids

This is such a great house especially if you have kids (more specifically boys around 3-5 years old). It's stocked full of toys. My 3-year-old son had a BLAST! The rooms are all spacious, clean, with all the amenities. We stay comfortably here with 8 people. I would highly recommend this house. We had a rental car and the house is a quick 15-minute drive from everything you need to see (Downtown Portland, Airport PDX, and Washinton Park).
