The house was immaculate. Pictures showed exactly how the property appeared in person. All the communications were great. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for the recommendation David and for calling out how clean it was, our communication and listing accuracy. See you again soon.
This house is beautiful and a quiet vacation away from everyday life. The hosts were very quick with communication and answered our many questions (not that we needed to ask them if we just read the online details a little more closely). The cleanliness and well outfitted kitchen and bathrooms made our stay very relaxing. We were focused more on a wedding at UNC rather than the grounds around the house, but next time we return we will explore more of the beautiful landscape. Thank you for a great stay!

Thanks so much, we are so glad you fully enjoyed our home.
What a beautiful sanctuary you have created for guests to enjoy. Waking up to the sound of several varieties of birds chirping was serene! The house was immaculate, and was the perfect place to stay while working an event at UNC's Adams School of Dentistry. This hidden gem is definitely a place to return to with our families. Thank you for hosting us for the week. It truly was the best part of our day: going back "home" each afternoon to cook dinner and relax on the porch.

Thanks so much Courtney! Glad we were able to exceed your expectations. We hope to see you again in the future!
⸻This is a wonderful two-story, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home on a gorgeous, mostly secluded wooded lot with a large, fenced area for dogs—such a great setup for pet owners! There is also a fourth bedroom in the basement, set up as a private efficiency with a small kitchenette and full bath. That layout was a little confusing to us at first, but it worked out just fine since we primarily used the main two-story living space. We had a couple of small glitches at the beginning, but Autumn addressed them and took good care of us, which we appreciated. The outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property, with both front and back seating areas that let you follow the shade throughout the day. The setting is peaceful and relaxing. (A screened porch would make it even more perfect!) Don’t be surprised to see deer! The kitchen was a standout for us—we love to cook, and it’s very well stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware, and high-quality appliances, all laid out in a way that makes cooking and gathering easy and enjoyable.

Thanks for the stay and detailed review Kate. So glad you had a great time and were able to enjoy all our home has to offer.
To clarify the space for others, the home is a standard layout. The main level has the primary bedroom, living rooms, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, and in the basement is the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for added convenience.
