At 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon the host would not reply to my message request for the door code. I called and emailed top villa and could not get any response. I called VRBO who also could not contact the host or top villas. I had to scramble to find lodging for the night which the only room I could find was 600/night. Property was good enough, but the host broke VRBO POLICY on replying to critical messages within 1 hr. Then they blamed me, stating that they would never expect to have to speak with a customer on day of check in regarding the door code.
