This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open-concept layout with a bright and airy kitchen, living, and dining area—ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the screened-in pool cage or unwind on the private dock with canal views. Additional perks include a 2-car garage, in-home laundry, and all the comforts of home. Whether you`re here for fun or relaxation, this home has it all!
We provide guests with an access code 24 hours before check-in. We are happy to answer any questions guests might have during their stay! Our local team is available to address concerns/issues.
Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization.
