Cozy yet newly updated condo with direct views of Winter Park mountain from the front porch. Hard floors, entirely remodeled kitchen, and touched-up bathrooms. New living room furniture and beds to sleep 6, smart TV, WiFi, and USB/USBC outlets.
Relax in the shared hot tub after a tiring day on the mountain (also shared pool and coin laundry on site), and walk to the Safeway, liquor store, and the heart of Fraser for its bars/restaurants.
Winter: You're just 300yds from the ski shuttle (next to Safeway) — no worrying about driving or parking at the mountain! Ideal base for a stress-free ski weekend.
Summer: You're less than 100yds from the Fraser River Trail — a mellow, crushed gravel trail ideal for running or biking, and will take you ~2 miles right into the town of Winter Park. Also provides immediate access to the Rendezvous network of mountain bike trails (also great for trail running), or take the shuttle to the mountain to access Trestle Bike Park.
