This guesthouse is recently remodeled so everything is modern, clean, and in amazing condition. The guesthouse has mini split, with fans in both the bedroom and living room. You will enjoy the plush memory foam carpet pad in the room along with blackout dual shades. There is a lot of natural light throughout the place. The Kitchen fully furnished with: coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathrooms fully furnished. Iron and iron board in the bedroom closet and there is also a washer/dryer for convenience. There is a Smart TV, and High Speed Wi-Fi. A long driveway that can hold up to 2 cars on the right side (as it is shared) with an available EV charger (upon request).
