Casa Mar Van is an amazing rental. The host, Paula, is very responsive and friendly. The home itself has all of the amenities and then some. If you wanted to you could just fly into Punta Gorda with just clothes in a suitcase. The host has thought about everything...shampoo, conditioner, body was, toothpaste/brush as well as all of your beach/pool necessities. We will be staying at the property again, in fact, we do not want to leave. We will definitely miss the friendly neighbors and their furry friends

House was clean and everything in great working order. All the little things really add up! We appreciated the coffee bar and spices. We did cook and the kitchen utensils, pans etc were nice. Towels are nice, plush and absorbent. Super glad for separate beach/pool towels as well. Thanks for the water. It got us by until we could get to the store. I also recommend Lipinski’s Tavern!

Named after my 2 daughters and renovated with pride and attention to detail its a place I hope to call home one day. Proud of a wonderful and inviting home for my guests. Excited to start this journey and adventure in hospitality.
