We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Clean, quiet, yet close to tennis courts and walking distance to pool. The King Kameamea trail is close behind the condo and we actually enjoyed the view. One night a herd of goats walked past us on the lava rock and it was fun to watch. I’d definitely rent here again.

Overall, the stay was great. There were a few things that were more "annoyances" than anything. The host communicated well and addressed the issues. However, not having the issues in the first place would have been better. 1) Given the wrong gate code to enter the community2) Water and Ice machine in the fridge was broken3) No shampoo or soap in the bathrooms4) TVs and connecting to Netflix or local channels did not work. The host in a timely manner addressed 1 - 3 but the 4 was never resolved. Again, overall it was a great stay. The host communicated and addressed everything in a timely manner. However, not having issues would have been better and ultimately the TV situation never got resolved.

This is a great property that I have stayed at before. The condos are beautiful. This particular unit was not great. It seems the hosts are very frugal. There was only 1 ply toilet paper throughout. Also, there was one 1 single ply paper towel for 3 days. We had to run to the store at night to get more. We could barely clean up since there wasn’t any kitchen cleaner. The beds are extremely uncomfortable too. I would suggest that the owner avoid using LED lights. At the very least, stick with them all throughout the condo or not at all. Very odd to have half a room with them and the other half without. The stay felt more like a motel feel than a condo or even a hotel.
