Great for 2 couples (friends/in-laws) and kids. The property is in the Ocean Pines HOA, a 15-minute drive from Ocean City and a bit over 20 minutes from scenic Assateague Island. Hosted directly by owners.

Must be 25+ years old to rent. No pets policy (due to health/allergies). No smoking.
Sleeping. The house has two master bedrooms, one on each floor, with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. An additional kids' bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-size bunk bed can comfortably sleep 3 preteens. There is a pack-and-play and an air mattress if needed. Linens and towels are provided.
Office. A separate office and additional dedicated work space makes this ideal for folks who need to work remotely. High speed internet.
Kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, with an expandable dining table that seats up to 8 adults. The screened patio is great for drinks, an alfresco dinner or morning coffee.
Family Fun. Stacks of toys, games and puzzles for the kids. Board games in the office. A pool table (converts into a ping pong table), a retro game console (old Sega, Atari and Nintendo games).
Backyard. Firepit, kids swing, hammock.
Beach Stuff. Chairs, umbrella, beach cart and tent, kids toys.
A parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 50th street and Coastal Highway in OC is included.
