*NO PETS*
For safety and health reasons, we CANNOT accommodate any pets including service/comfort animals. The owner and your housekeeper are severely allergic and I can't risk them being hospitalized. I don't want to be in the "dog house" if they get "sick as a dog!" They will be "two sick puppies."
Please consider another listing if a service/comfort animal is required.
NOTE: Audio/video cameras monitor the exterior of the property and act as my "watch dog."
IF CAUGHT WITH YOUR "TAIL BEWEEN YOUR LEGS," YOU WILL BE FINED $1000 AND REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
Guest Access:
Access the first-floor unit only.
Front patio: BBQ, Fire pit, and Outdoor Dining.
Carport for one compact car.
*PARKING*
Parking is never easy at the beach but there is a FREE small carport reserved for you. One COMPACT car will fit; large SUVs or trucks will be tight or not fit. Street or paid parking are your other options detailed below.
The carport is located on the north side of the home off an unnamed alley.
To park in the carport:
1) The carport is on the north side of the home on an unnamed alley. Drive west (toward the ocean) down this alley toward Mission Boulevard and the carport is located at the last house on the left hand side. It’s directly to the left of the garage.
2) The ONLY way to park is to BACK IN. Pass the garage so the front of your car is almost on Mission Boulevard and make a slight right so you back end can swing back into the mouth of carpet. Your car will be on a diagonal.
3) Have ALL passengers exit the vehicle before parking because they won’t be able to open the car doors to exit. Have them help back you in.
4) Be careful not to hit the telephone pole or my neighbor’s grey cement wall/gas pipes. Park as far right to the grey cement wall as you can allowing adequate space to open the driver’s door to exit.
5) Be sure the front of your vehicle does not overhang the red painted stripe in the alley or you will be ticketed/towed.
DO NOT park in the alley or in front of/in the garage because you will block access to the alley and the garage inconveniencing the neighbors and the other guests/owner who are using the garage. If you do, you WILL be ticketed and towed at your expense.
If you park on Mission Boulevard, pay close attention NOT to park during the following days and hours:
Mondays and Thursdays on the west side of Mission Boulevard between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Tuesdays and Fridays on the east side of Mission Boulevard between 8 AM and 10 AM.
There are some areas that have two hour limitations.
Make a complete stop at every stop sign because you will get a ticket if you don’t.
There is handicap parking ♿️ directly in front of the home. First come. First serve.
There are a few pay parking lots along Mission Boulevard and the Women's Club of Mission Beach has parking for $10/day and a short walk from the property so your "dog's" won't hurt.
