We bought our dream condo in 2021 and have loved sharing it with our family. We now live in the Midwest and don’t get to enjoy it as often as we used to, so we chose to rent it to select tenants, in our absence.

Why they chose this property

Pass-A-Grille is a gem. A very tranquil, “old-Florida” feel, within an easy drive to many amenities include St Pete Beach, the lovely city of St Petersburg, Tampa, and, conveniently, Tampa International Airport. We enjoy long sandy days spent between the beach and the pool, ending with sundowners on our own balcony.
