Located in Meredith, Wswim in the most pristine waters of NH, We have 114' of waterfront to enjoy in a no Wake Zone.

TWO homes: renovated this year (photos will be added once complete), with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths; and the mobile retreat renovated last year, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

This private(first year on the rental market) property features 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like waterfront swimming in sandy shoreline of 114'.

We have kayaks, paddle board and a canoe for all day entertainment. There is AC, heating and guests can relax and unwind in this charming space. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and a large shower for convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacations one to remember. Inquire about docks available for your boat.
