Our extended family has been coming to HHI for literally decades. Obviously, we love it for many reasons, but the decentralized lack of a "strip" is key along with all the trees! We have stayed in the Shipyard/ Coligny area for years as a great location with quick access to so much, without a lot time driving around.
Why they chose this property
Super modern complex in a heavily treed, convenient South island location on Pope Ave between Sea Pines circle and Coligny circle. That makes for easy access to Coligny Beach Park and shopping plaza, as well as Sea Pines for Harbour Town. Bike trails all over. Also Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf courses are a short putt away. We love nearby Palmetto Bay Marina for several dining options.
What makes this property unique
A campus with most inviting ambiance. Lots of shade, a massive zero entry pool with large fountain feature surrounded by multi-story luxury villas. A large second pool and hot tub are near a boardwalk and gazebo overlooking a large lagoon!
