About this property

Sunsets on the Bay

Bring your family to relax on the bay and enjoy picturesque sunsets every night. Our home offers some of the best sunset views on the island while also being one of the quietest streets. The 18th hole of the Brigantine Golf Course is across the street and the club house is walkable. Our outdoor deck is an amazing space to entertain with a hot tub to enjoy below it. The kids will love swimming, fishing and crabbing off the dock.

Families only please.

Driveway can fit 4 vehicles easily and up to 6 depending on size. Free street parking is available. There is no parking available in the garage.

Bed Linens and bath towels will be provided.

Living Room 2 is the attic / 3rd floor which is used as a Kids Den with beds.

Beach chairs and (2) beach cruiser bikes are available for use in the garage.

Use of the dock is non-exclusive as jet ski floats and boat lift are used by others.

If you would like to bring watercraft(s), it can be arranged.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property with a group of 12. The property is beautiful inside and out and very well maintained with a layout that provided a good balance of entertainment and private space. Location on the bay made for enjoyable nights hanging out on the covered porch with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sunset. Dave - the owner was exceptional being very responsive and providing good info about property and the area. A great vacation home in Brigantine NJ.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront rental in Brigantine! The location is incredible, but the sunset views are truly the highlight—watching the sky light up over the water each evening was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special.The outdoor space is fantastic and really sets this property apart. It’s spacious, comfortable, and perfect for entertaining, whether you’re enjoying dinner with family and friends, relaxing with a drink, or simply taking in the views. There’s something so special about being able to spend the evening outdoors right on the water.The home provided the perfect combination of a relaxing getaway and an ideal spot for gathering with loved ones. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
