Step into a light-filled open-concept living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal the iconic One Million Dollar View endless mountains, pine forests, and golden sunsets melting into the horizon. Vaulted ceilings, natural wood finishes, and skylights bathe the space in sunlight by day, while a gas fireplace adds a cozy glow at night. Whether you’re curled up with a glass of wine, meditating on the yoga mat, or reading by the fire, this space invites peace and reflection.
For the holidays, the home transforms into a warm Christmas postcard complete with a beautiful tree and festive touches throughout.
Kitchen & Dining:
The open gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home a space for cooking, laughter, and connection.
Enjoy preparing meals while gazing at panoramic mountain views, then gather around the marble island (seats 4) or the elegant dining table for 6.
Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and local Colorado coffee, this kitchen was made for togetherness.
Bedrooms:
The master suite features a luxurious king bed, ensuite spa-style bathroom with double vanity, skylight, and bathtub, plus a large walk-in closet and 65 TV. Wake up to sunrise views that spill across the mountains it feels like sleeping inside a painting.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and peaceful mountain views, ideal for family or friends. Theres also an additional queen air mattress for extra guests and a sofa bed in the living room.

Both bathrooms feature bathtubs and skylights, inviting soft natural light and serenity.
Outdoor Living:

Please read before booking and prior to arrival. These guidelines keep our home, neighbors, wildlife, and your stay safe and peaceful.
•Respect the retreat vibe: This is a quiet residential mountain neighborhood. No parties, events, DJs, or loud music. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
•Registered guests only: Max guests per reservation only; no unregistered visitors or gatherings.
•Parking: Use designated driveway/garage parking only. No street parking.
•Stairs & elevation: The home sits on a hillside; guests must be comfortable with stairs, varying grades, and high elevation.
•Fireplaces & heat: Use heating and fireplaces only as instructed in the house manual. No outdoor fires, fire pits, fireworks, candles, or open flames—high wildfire risk area.
•Wildlife safety: You are in elk, deer, fox, and bear country. Do not feed wildlife. Keep doors, windows, and vehicles closed/locked; no trash or food left outside.
•Outdoor spaces: Please enjoy the decks/yoga area respectfully. No smoking, vaping, or ash-producing items anywhere on the property.
•Smoking policy: Strict no smoking/vaping inside the home. A violation fee will apply if odor or evidence is found.
•Pet policy: One pre-approved, well-behaved pet allowed (see listing for fee & rules). Pets must be leashed outdoors, not left unattended to bark, and kept off beds/sofas.
•Security: Exterior cameras monitor the main entrance, driveway/parking, and rear area for safety. No cameras inside.
•Care of the home: No shoes on sofas or beds, no glitter/confetti, and please use coasters and provided makeup towels. Report any damage immediately so we can address it with grace.
•Check-in / Check-out: Please follow listed times unless pre-approved. Late departures without approval may incur a fee.
