Discover this hidden gem centrally located between Eureka Springs, the Buffalo River, Dogwood Canyon, Branson and more while nestled in the heart of historic Berryville, Arkansas. This terrific apartment features a cozy queen bed, kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker and a full sized fridge as well as a full bath with a washer and dryer. Dogs under 25lbs are welcome with an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. Be sure to include your pet in the guest drop down when booking your stay. Constructed in 1912, this historic stone building is perfect for a relaxing getaway, Guests can unwind in this comfortable space after a day of exploring. A two minute drive to the Berryville Square. Only twenty minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and an easy drive to the Buffalo River, War Eagle Mill and many other local attractions. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Ken was really communicative and able to answer questions about the property and area. The place is nice sized, pet friendly, and nearby to everything that we wanted to do (Lake Leatherwood, Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs, shopping/eating, etc. 10/10 recommended and will definitely be back!

The outside is a bit skeptical but the inside is absolutely perfect. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The place was clean, bed is hard but comfortable. Ken was amazing to communicate with, he answered all my questions and even gave me recommendations along the way.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Berryville. Ken was great, and the property was perfect. It is evident that he put a lot of work into transforming the property into beautiful getaways. We will definitely return next time.
