The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything!
What makes this property unique
The house is located two blocks from historic Downtown Boone's shopping and restaurants and ASU campus and a short drive to a ton of gorgeous hiking trails. There are also two playgrounds in the neighborhood, making it ideal for families as well as those wanting to enjoy some nightlife or an ASU football game.
