Epic House for a Family Reunion

Family beach trip

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this beach rental aside from issue noted below. The house is spacious and is a great location. There were one to two repairs and work being done to the house daily for the first 3 days of our stay (that were not at our request), until we asked for them to stop sending work crew to the house. It was very disruptive to our stay.

Great Location but house needs to be updated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but the house is in need of repairs and a new HVAC system. The AC can’t keep the house cold and there is moisture everywhere especially in a few of the bedrooms. The bedrooms also need blackout curtains. The kitchen could use a refresh as well.

4 day escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful time in South Carolina. However, we do own a rental property in the North Carolina Carolina on the beach and would have expected a few things differently for the price. I offer the following just to help improve for future guests. When you come into the home, the home smelled very musty. We had to clean several doors due to fingerprints around the door handles. The kitchen had several chipped dishes and needs replacement. Finally, the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. This was very difficult for many people who were “working” during our vacation. I would definitely recommend some off-season TLC, including painting the deck and attention to some bathrooms that need freshening as they are showing their ware.

Fun Times @ Family Reunion

Amazing views great family vacation home with 10 beds and baths. Easy walk to downtown IOP. Pool needed umbrellas to be more enjoyable. Overall great vacation spot we will be back.

Fabulous House!!!

We had a simply fabulous stay at this remarkable house. The house and pool are beautifully cared for and the kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. This is a gorgeous property - very responsive management and the absolute best location!

Great place on IOP

We had a corporate events here and it was a great location and a great property. 10 bedrooms all with king size beds and private baths and the first floor kitchen and living room provided a great area for the gathering. The proximity to the beach and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets completing the package. Very nice!!

Perfect home to gather with extended family

The home was absolutely perfect for our group. The communal areas were spacious and accommodating, and the wide range of bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor space also allowed for quieter moments. The location on the quieter end of the island was ideal. And the beach blew away all of our expectations - gorgeous, easy to play games on, and perfect for long walks. We'd love to stay again!

This house was amazing!! We paid to have the pool heated and everyone enjoyed it as the temperature was perfect. The kitchen was perfect and we were all able to eat together and play games and work on puzzles. We had 25 guests and everyone had a bedroom and a bathroom which was very important to us. The upstairs family room was a perfect place for the kids to watch tv and play games away from the adults. I would recommend to leave more than 2 partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for people staying a week. Another suggestion would be to update the sleeping arrangements information in each bedroom. The map and/or verbiage did not match what was there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Family vacation

The house was wonderful!! Kitchen great for cooking for large groups. Pool was enjoyed by everyone - wish there was some lighting in the pool, dim anything to mark the stairs by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Loved all the space and having an elevator!!

Wonderful Stay

This property delivers. Great for large families. Beach is nearly private. Very strong current in the ocean between low and high tides. The pool is a great escape after a long day at the beach. All the rooms are well appointed and very spacious. You won't go wrong with this property.
