The space
This home is newly remodeled, each bedroom carefully curated for your comfort, featuring memory foam mattresses and large closets for your belongings. There is a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds and an air mattress provided. The downstairs living area has plenty of room to snuggle up and watch your favorite movies or hang around with friends. Enjoy your private, fenced yard with our patio table.

*AMENITIES:
We provide essential toiletries: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. As well as kitchen essentials: coffee, salt & pepper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash can liners.
*ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before arrival.
*PARKING:
There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. Additional street parking available if needed. Parking spots are unmarked and closest to the fence.
*BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has twin bunk beds. There is an air mattress provided for extra sleeping as well. The living room has a comfortable couch that could also be slept on. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.
*KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Kerig coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils
*PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $25 per pet. This helps ensure I can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. If I discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
