The stay was great for our trip to Sedona. Property was clean and very comfortable. Lot of stores very close by to shop and cook at house. Overall "Felt like home".

The house was clean and very comfortable. It was in a great location, close to Old Town, restaurants, grocery stores and hiking trails. Just a short drive to Jerome and a half hour to Sedona. Didn’t have to deal with all of the Sedona traffic.

Forced air heater is pretty loud when it turns on. Other than that property was fine and no issues. Never spoke to anyone just booked used and left.

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. The location is excellent — we were able to walk to downtown Cottonwood (about a mile and a bit), with sidewalks the whole way. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.Parking was easy and convenient with a private driveway. The house itself is very well laid out and worked perfectly for our needs. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, and having a washer and dryer is a big plus, especially if you’re staying longer than a night.The home is well furnished and thoughtfully decorated — we really appreciated the attention to detail, including the blankets laid out in an artistic way. Each bedroom having its own TV was also a nice touch. There’s a sunroom and a pretty backyard that we didn’t get to use due to the cold, but it’s clearly a great space in warmer weather.We only stayed one night since we were visiting multiple Merkin winery locations that day, but the house was comfortable and made for an easy, stress-free stay.Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, we have no complaints at all and would happily stay here again.

This is a two bedroom, one bath home in an older neighborhood in Cottonwood. Carport/driveway parking was adequate for 2 vehicles. My communications with the host were excellent; he was very responsive to my questions, and when we arrived a bit before our check-in time, he allowed us to check in early which was nice. It was a very warm day in Cottonwood (90's), and when we entered the residence it was 85 with the thermostat on heat. We turned the air on and it cooled down within a reasonable time. Not sure where the mix up was, but no big deal. We really only slept there; did not use the tub/shower, kitchen appliances or laundry facilities. Never went into the back yard. There are no ceiling fans or fans for circulation anywhere in the house. This made sleeping a little warm unless the air conditioning was actually on (doors to bedrooms closed for privacy). Both couples live in the Valley, so the price was right to not have to drive back home after our trip to Blazin' M Ranch. Check out procedures were vague so we did our best and I messaged the host after we left early the next morning. Overall a decent place to stay for the one night we were there.
