Lovely apartment in a convenient Charlotte neighborhood. Doug was a great host, responding quickly and setting up nice touches, such as a coffee station with creamers in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Charlotte and loved this property so much! We felt safe in the property and were so close to everything. The neighborhood was walkable, with a few restaurants very close. Our host was very accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The property was just right, very eclectic and swanky. I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Charlotte!

I love this apartment! It’s very cozy and comfortable. Easy to check in and management is easy to communicate with. Location is great- within walking distance of lots of restaurants and fun things to do!! I’ve stayed multiple times

Great Hospitality, Great Location

The property is comfortable, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hosts are welcoming and deliver everything promised. The area is great for walking and dining, and just appreciating the well preserved historic houses. We couldn't be more pleased.

A great stay with wonderfully attentive management and hospitality!

Cannot say enough good about our experience. The managers were incredibly responsive. The place was well maintained and there were a number of little touches that made the hospitality top notch and a cut above the norm. This will be our go-to when family is in from out of town. Great location!

a home away from home

this was such an incredible and much needed get away. the home is in the most perfect and quiet neighborhood, fostering a great time to relax and enjoy the amenities of Plaza Midwood. My wife and I will definitely be back again when we want to feel at home in our old neighborhood again.

PLL games

We stumbled upon the gem when we were looking for hotel alternatives for a weekend of lacrosse. We certainly found a diamond. Walking distance to the venue and some fantastic restaurants as well. Beautiful weather to enjoy our walks to boot. Great Charlotte weekend!

Everything was great overall. The only thing that is different from pictures is that the chairs in front of windows in the living room area are not long lounge chairs like the ones shown in online photos.

Family Stay

RThis is a lovely treetop apartment that best accommodates adults with a beautiful living room, dining and kitchen plan. The location was perfect for easy access to Mercy Hospital, and one amenity really warmed our hearts: food and drink. Stressed about upcoming surgery and tired after travel, we stayed in and made a quick pot of spaghetti. Wine was on offer, as well, but restaurants and all of Charlotte is just minutes away. Best of all...the beds were clean and very comfortable. We certainly would choose to stay here, again. Our thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful, artsy getaway

We were so impressed with this super cool, well-designed apartment! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Great neighborhood. Having the laundry room was so convenient. The beds and couch were so comfy! And the artwork... SO COOL! We felt so welcomed with goodies and kindness! The managers/owners were very responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment!

The property is located in a beautiful brick building in the darling neighborhood of Elizabeth, which was walking distance to unique restaurants, bars and shops. Assigned Parking was behind the building which was extremely convenient and safe.Great floor plan, comfortable bedding and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciate all the ongoing communications as well. I will definitely come back and refer this unit to friends.
