The condo needs some updating in the bathroom shower is broken the sliding door doesn’t have a blind so can’t watch tv in there during the day and hard to sleep there at night. The bedroom doesn’t have a remote so couldn’t watch tv in there. Asked for remote and blind solution and they said they would send maintenance and they never did.

We regret the inconvenience caused by the bathroom shower, the missing sliding door blind, and the bedroom remote and remote control issues. Some concerns were reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team and shared with our local Operations Team. While our records do not reflect a report regarding the sliding door blind during your stay, we understand how this impacted your comfort and rest. We also apologize for the frustration caused by the expectation that maintenance would be sent, which did not occur as anticipated. We are pleased to share that the issues have since been resolved, and compensation was provided to address the inconvenience.
