Pros: Great hot tub and general pool area. The outdoor bar is a nice addition. Lots of bathrooms, no issues with hot water or climate. 2 Grills (1 up next to kitchen, 1 near pool) is very convenient. Everything was generally in good shape.Cons: Plan go shopping immediately upon arrival, we did not have dish soap nor a sponge, no dishwasher detergent either (though we were supposed to according to check-in documents). No extra trash bags. Not all the bathrooms have a trash can nor hand soap. There are no pool towels, everyone gets 1 towel and that's it, which is pretty limiting for a beach house with a hot tub and pool. The beds are very noisy (squeaky). The blinds in the bedrooms do not effectively block the light and it's bright in the morning. No instructions for operating the hot tub, we figured it out but it was a little confusing.All the issues are minor by themselves and overall we had a great time.

This property had mostly pros and just a couple cons. The pros were it was plenty big for the 3 families that stayed there. The pool, hot tub, proximity to the beach were all a big plus for us. The bedrooms were comfortable - there were all new mattresses prior to our arrival. The house run a bit warm, but mostly on the second floor. The bottom and top floor were fairly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with mostly everything needed to cook for a family of 12.The few issues we had were addressed with the realty company and we had a fairly quick response.All in all the property is well suited for a large group with a great pool area.
