About the host
Hosted by Noah Chartier
We’re Rhaietta and Noah, a warm, creative couple based in Los Angeles who love turning spaces into experiences. I (Rhaietta) was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa, and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota before making my way to sunny Los Angeles, where I'm currently pursuing medical school. Noah was born and raised in North Carolina and now calls Los Angeles home as a talented artist and music creative.
Hosting has become such rewarding part of our lives, it allows us to blend our love for design, culture, hospitality. As hosts, we're both very hands-on & intentional about every detail, from the cozy textures and curated decor to the welcoming energy that fills each room. Weve poured so much of ourselves into this home, making sure it reflects both of our worlds; my (Rhaietta) nurturing, soulful and cultural touch with Noah's creative, artistic spirit. And of course, our shared love for music that fills the space with life. Between the pianos, drums, guitar and instruments around the home, there's always a little rhythm in the air that makes the home feel alive. together, we've created a space that celebrates beauty, art, and togetherness.
We enjoy welcoming guest from all over the world and creating a space that feels comforting, inspiring, and full of good energy. Whether you're here for rest, business or creative inspiration, we want you to feel completely at home, cared for, seen & surrounded by peace.

Why they chose this property
When I first started working and going to school in this area, I gradually fell in love with the neighborhood. The house sits in a beautiful, Spanish-style part of Inglewood, filled with character, warmth, and charm. While driving through, you can’t help but notice the beauty around you, most of these homes carry that timeless Spanish influence with their curved archways, terracotta rooftops, and soft, golden tones that glow under the California sun.
Of course, like much of Inglewood, the neighborhood is evolving. Some homes are being renovated, and new developments are moving in, bringing a mix of change and growth. But what makes this area special is that even through the gentrification, it still holds onto its soul, its culture, diversity, and genuine sense of community.
It’s peaceful yet alive, creative, historic, and real. We love sharing this neighborhood with our guests because it represents everything we value most: growth, authenticity, and heart.

What makes this property unique
What makes our home stand out is the love, creativity, and personality poured into every detail. It’s not just a space, it’s an experience. Designed with intention, our home blends mid-century comfort with soulful and cultural touches, creating an atmosphere that feels both stylish and deeply personal.
You’ll find instruments throughout the space, a piano, drums, and guitar, that reflect our shared love for music and bring a natural rhythm to the home. Each room has its own character, layered with warm lighting, earthy textures, and curated décor that tells a story. From the plants we’ve nurtured to the art on the walls, every element has meaning and heart behind it.
What truly sets our property apart, though, is the energy, that instant feeling of calm, inspiration, and connection when you walk through the door. Whether you’re here for a peaceful getaway, a creative reset, or to explore LA, this home offers something special: a space that feels alive, loved, and completely your own while you’re here.
