Thanks for sharing your thoughts, John. We’re glad our house lived up to your expectations and that the location and communication worked well for you. Hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Alexandria!
Perfect place for a quick get away. Everything was very clean and all general supplies were available. There is parking out front but was always occupied. There is a small private spot in the back which accommodated our needs. Would stay there again.
The floors were not clean and despite them saying they came back to clean it didnt appear any different. The place is ok, but needs updating. Not that clean and furniture old and cheap and not luxury by any means. Not a great experience.
This is exactly what we needed. This home is within walking distance to many of the hotels in Alexandra Old Town that host conferences. The place is super cute and it was very nice to have a designated parking spot in the back. The home is on a main street but after 6pm the traffic drops down drastically so it’s pretty quiet at night. The host is amazing! I thought I had forgotten my wallet in the home, and he was willing to go above and beyond to help me find it. We found it elsewhere, but we still appreciate his willingness to look in every nook and cranny for it. My only tip for future renters would be to turn off the heat about an hour before you go to bed. The heat rises and gets trapped upstairs, so it can get really hot at night.
