This gorgeous getaway features a fully screened, river-view porch furnished for outdoor living. The open floor plan blends the living, kitchen, and dining areas for seamless group gatherings. Kick your feet up and unwind along on the large sofa and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The adjoining dining table seats up to six for family dinners and game nights. The well-appointed kitchen features all the major appliances and cookware for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Additional amenities include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Perfect location!!. It’s a short walk to the restaurants, shops and beach. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watch the dolphins. We would definitely stay here again. We had the best time!!

Everything was clean and well-decorated. It was bigger than I expected from the pictures and 3D tour. We walked the half mile daily into Folly; it was an easy straight shot. My friend even saw a dolphin out back (I was napping, boo!)

This was the perfect condo for our group of five friends! The view is incredible, and we enjoyed time on the screened porch by the water the most. Everything was clean, instructions for check-in and checkout were clear, and we had plenty of space for lounging and dining. The distance to Folly’s main drag can’t be beat!

The view was incredible, condo was super clean, pool area had plenty of seating and tables. This particular condo is in desperate need of renovation and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms where there are large chunks of paint and drywall peeling, the cabinets are worn and warped and the fixtures are outdated. All the doors squeak, the closets smell musty, most of the linens and pillows are cheap and worse for wear and smell old. The kitchen had everything we needed, just a bit tight with more than one person, so if you like to cook, be prepared to fly solo. Overall it was decent but next time we will definitely look for a condo more updated.
