Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
The unit had not been cleaned prior to check in, trash in and beside the can, dirty towels piled in shower, dishes on sink. During our stay the host entered without knowledge or consent, did a tidy, but put damp sheets on the bed. We could not use the bed until sheets and comforter went through the dryer. Contacted the host but never got a reply. Contacted customer service and they could not get ahold of the host either. Also did not know dogs were on property and allowed to be loose on site. Disappointed by the lack of communication and unprofessionalism showed by the host.
