Why they chose this property
I really like this neighborhood for its proximity to everything! I love to shop, eat and the occasional nightlife. It’s so convenient to just hop in my car and drive 10-15 mins and I’m there. I also travel a lot so being minutes to the airport makes traveling so much easier.
What makes this property unique
This property is located in a very diverse neighborhood with all kinds of food/restaurants. Lots of activities nearby for families and plenty of shopping as well. To the right is City of Des Moines, to the left is Seattle, East is Renton and Bellevue, and West is West Seattle and Burien.
