The kitchen is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped, with a large island that makes cooking and entertaining effortless. From morning coffee to full meals, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.



Step outside to your private backyard oasis—a true highlight of the property. Lounge in the sun on comfortable chairs, gather around the patio table for an al fresco meal, or slip into the jacuzzi for the ultimate evening unwind. With plenty of tropical greenery and open space, it’s the perfect setting for both daytime relaxation and laid-back nights under the stars.

*A pool technician services the jacuzzi once per week on a weekday between 8am–5pm. They will access the backyard briefly during that time.

*This apartment is located on a multifamily property, with other thoughtfully designed guest spaces nearby. While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, some ambient noise from neighboring units or shared areas may be heard from time to time.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.
