I was expecting the boathouse to be used for sleeping & hanging out it is too run down broken doors so couldn’t get to kayak & deck chairs. Another outdoor deck was dusty and no umbrellas for shade on any porches. Otherwise the house was pretty clean and comfortable beautiful view swimming was lovely.
