Location Location

We only had three days in Rome and this location helped use do everything and more. Valentino was super helpful, giving us tips on where to eat, close by vistas, and even finding a printer! Apartment was clean and well supplied.

The property is very well maintained and is in an excellent location for exploring the old city. The owner meet us on checkin and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

We lived our stay in Rome! Perfect location; view of forum area from entrance of the building. Valentino was an excellent host! Great communication; friendly; professional and provided a really nice orientation when we checked in for our stay. Also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We LOVED the location; gas stove; washer; shower; a/c; elevator for luggage was also really nice for check in/out; etc…. It was very easy to navigate all around central Rome; very walkable to metro; grocery options; restaurants and the main historical sites. Highly recommended for a first stay in Rome or someone very familiar with the area. I loved getting up early for runs in the historical area; along the Tiber River front; St Peter’s Square; the “Aracoeli steps” are a great way to finish an early morning workout! Hope to return again and stay longer!

Petfect Location

The location was perfect as it is close to the center of the city so you can walk everywhere. Valentino and his wife were excellent (his wife met us upon check-in and Valentino was always responsive to inquiries before arrival and upon arrival.

Perfect location of cute apartment

Host Valentino was wonderful – very responsive and super helpful in every way! This place is in the perfect location for seeing all the ancient monuments of Rome, could not be more central, in fact! Apartment is in a quiet street inside a 17th-century building that is full of character. The forum of Augustus is a few steps down the hill. Great experience all around!

Amazing placement

The apartment couldn't have a better placement in the city, we were travelling with kids and needed walking distance to the things we wanted to see. It was a cozy street and Valentino was very nice and helped every step! We would go there again.

Perfect Location

We were able to walk to all the sites including the Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. So many restaurants and gelato nearby. The apartment was as described and everything worked well. The suggestions for restaurants and dishes made by Valentino were excellent. If we return to Rome we will try to stay here again. Thank you Valentino.

Wonderful property

This property is ideally located, clean and comfortable. Valentino is a terrific host - checked us in and gave us the lay of the local land. The airline lost my luggage and Valentino offered to help out when they delivered it. It didn't work out that way - but his offer was deeply appreciated. HIGHLY recommend this property.

Location, location, location!

It’s no often you can use the Colosseum in one direction and the Forum in another as your waypoints to find your way home!! Our host stayed in contact while we travelled and met us at the door on the cobbled street with its own water fountain! The elevator was a godsend as my wife has back problems and trouble with stairs. The apartment had lovely original (restored) stonework in the ceiling and a great kitchen. Valentino (our host) gave us a hand drawn map of the neighborhood and informed us of many sites to see, and restaurants to visit. The central location and proximity to most of the amazing sites was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

I never imagined that I would be staying just one block away from 2,000 year old Roman ruins. The location is fantastic, next door to the Roman Forum and less than a 15 minute walk to the coliseum. We also walked to the Vatican from the apartment. The owner thoughtfully provided a couple of maps we could use to get the big picture while relying upon Apple Maps to navigate the streets and alleyways. The apartment has an incredibly comfortable bed and there is a Rain shower in the bathroom. The TV was a little on the small side, but we did not come to Rome to watch TV. The owner made a point of meeting us at the house and giving us a walk-through along with recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores. Would not hesitate to stay here again if our future brings us back to Rome.

Perfect location, central to Imperial Forum and Colosseum. Everything you need within walking distance. King size bed, soft but fine for us. Air conditioning would have struggled to cool effectively if it had been any hotter.Quiet apartment, well stocked. Hosts responsive and helpful.
