Ready for coastal breezes, fruity umbrellas in your drink, and some serious R&R? Then Latitude Adjustment is just what the doctor ordered. A perfect couples retreat.

6/10 a mile to the beach, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride via large sidewalks shaded by beautiful oaks (see pic)

This completely updated 1,100 sq ft villa has all the comforts of home, without the hassle. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need to bring is the food. The living room is spacious, cozy and open to the dining room. 55”, 4K smart TV allows for streaming Netflix, etc. The glass front door and large sliding doors to the courtyard let in lots of natural light. Cozy king bed in master and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Linens provided. Each bedroom has a flat screen. Various board games and books are also availabe for you to enjoy. Beach towels and chairs provided.

Queen's Grant is part of the lovely Palmetto Dunes complex. Queens Grant has five swimming pools. You're a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to three miles of perfect beach, all in the shaded embrace of large trees that over hang your path. Hilton Head beaches are dog friendly. Don't forget to utilize this villa's private, outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse when you return.

A general store and bike rental facility are also within walking distance and within the Palmetto Dunes. Enjoy 2,000 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, six miles of bike paths, and an 11 mile lagoon perfect for kayaking, or canoeing. Not to mention three golf courses, to include Robert Trent Jones. Over 20 tennis courts and a new world class, pickle ball facility! There's also tons of shopping available, to include two Tanger Outlet Malls just minutes away.

This is a one story villa with NO stairs. Parking is available right next to the unit. We welcome large dogs.

Very nice place. Clean and very well stocked dishes, glassware, and frying pans that seem new. Both bedrooms are very big, sitting room very large, great TV and plenty of streaming options. We brought our Bichon Frise with us, and appreciate the pet friendly accommodations. and it’s a very short walk to the grass back by the pool. Private patio very nice also

Such a great little beach condo! Perfect spot for us (and our pup). It’s not right on the sand, but honestly that wasn’t a big deal—the free beach buggy shuttle made getting to the beach a breeze, and we loved having bikes to ride around too. The location couldn’t be better—just a short hop to Kroger for groceries and Coligny Plaza for food, drinks, and shops. Super convenient, cozy, and pet-friendly… we’d definitely stay here again!
