I can’t say enough about this property and host. We were looking for a place that accommodate 8 of us that were coming together from across the country. At last minute we added a child to the (adult) trip and it turned out to be the perfect family location. She was never once bored! I heard her say once “this is the best day ever”. There were 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a pretty comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen was well stocked. We were able to make large meals easily. The dining area easily accommodated our mealtimes. The pool was so refreshing and a great gathering spot. Clear and concise pool and hot tub instructions were provided. Jeff was super easy to communicate with, he was kind and very helpful when we needed him (to our own shortcomings). The property is so beautiful and off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. The wildlife was abundant. Everyone kept speaking to how we hope we can come back because it was just exactly perfect. The only piece of advice I have to potential renters is to be sure you pack all the groceries you may potentially need because there is not much that is very close if you don’t. We did find a great deli in Jeffersonville (about 20 minutes away) or Walmart is 35 minutes away. Thanks again Jeff for providing a wonderful space for my family to relax.
