Get ready to relax in this roomy, sunny 3-bedroom house in Raleigh. This fabulous property features a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like a full and spacious kitchen, soaking tub, hair dryer, washer and dryer, you'll feel right at home. Plus, there's a beautiful open living room space with a sofa bed. The pool (unheated) is pristine and available seasonally in late spring through early fall. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used sheets and towels in the laundry baskets (located in the laundry room and master bedroom).
Please ensure all trash is inside provided receptacles in bathrooms/kitchen. Remove extra trash to gray lidded can on smaller front porch. Trash that exceeds gray can needs to go with you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES. Do not bring more than 8 total people without our prior approval, or your stay will be terminated.
Please refrain from touching or tampering with any of the pool-related equipment. Message host for any maintenance concerns.
Please do not use the fireplace.

If i could add more stars than 5 I would. The house was so nicely appointed and big. The yard was spectacular. I just wish I had rented during the summer to use the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet (on a cul-de-sac) and close to everything. 1 mile to groceries and many restaurants, 10 min to downtown Raleigh, 15 min to downtown Wake Forest. The hosts were on top of everything and offered to help me with things I had not even asked for during the snow storms. Clean up was easy and with all the doors going out to the drive, packing up the car was very quick. I would stay again!
