This property is in a convenient location to the Coronado bridge and downtown San Diego. The house is in very nice condition. It was noisy at times, outside, so I would suggest a sound machine at night, if you are a light sleeper. The garage will hold a small compact car. Any midsize car or SUV will have to park on the street which requires a parking permit. The management team offers a guest permit for a refundable deposit. Parking spots fill up on the street early in the evening. This can present a problem if you have evening plans. The management team was good to respond when we had issues that needed attending to at the property. Overall, we stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay at this property.
