A perfect stay. The mid-twenties part of the family had billiards, streaming, and all the downstairs space. Comfortable beds, linens etc and our generation had everything we needed as well. New, pristine, everything you need in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Many thanks to our gracious host!!

Jake is a great host. Excellent communication. The house was clean and well equipped for our family of 12. Very quiet neighborhood and close to many amenities.Looking forward to staying again next year when we return to Iowa.

Overall Experience Summary:We would absolutely rent this again! Communicative host and very clean property. Easy instructions, great for big families or friends! Property Cleanliness Very clean. No spills or stains anywhere that we noticed. Smelled fantastic upon arrival.Accuracy of Listing: Comfort: Comfortable seats and beds. Only concern is bringing somebody who has difficulty getting up from low spaces. Couches and beds are very low to the ground. Location We didn't need to leave much. It's a very residential neighborhood. Gas station and/or grocery stores are about 10 minute drives. Host & Communication Very responsive and friendly host. Great instructions provided in a timely fashion!🧰 Amenities Very clean kitchen, everything worked. Has a laundry setup in mud room but didn't use to verify if it worked. The pool table was small, and the cue sticks were badly warped. The grill wasn't useable due to the patio furniture being against the door for the winter. Well stocked kitchen. Seating at dining table and kitchen island provided was comfortable. Fireplace made for a cozy atmosphere Value for Price: 5 star value! Amazing price for the house! Issues - Grill was unusable due to furniture blockage.- No wine bottle opener (we left the one we bought)- Height of beds extremely low- No extra dining table chairs for games or dinner. (folding chairs would be nice for extra seating at table)
